S3  Prep your server, ~5 minutes of copy-paste on a fresh $5/mo VPS. Your API key goes in a locked file on YOUR box; your secrets never travel through forms, email, or me.

S4  I install. Unassisted. Gated installer (fresh OS only, resource checks, hard stops), fully logged. Usually done same day.

S5  You meet your agent. Birth certificate delivered, live test passed, 7 days of my support included. The server, the keys, the agent: all yours.

1) A fresh VPS: Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 or Debian 12/13, 1GB+ RAM. 2) Your own model API key (Anthropic / OpenAI / OpenRouter). 3) Optional: a bot token for your channel.
Security model
I work through a dedicated user you create and can revoke with one command. Every command is logged; you get the transcript. Keys live in a 600-mode file on your box. Full uninstall script ships with every install.
