How the MikaelBuilds service uses text messages.
Program: MikaelBuilds service messages
The program supports the 7-Day Never-Miss-A-Job Kit: requested setup and support updates, missed-call follow-up, customer inquiry details and owner summaries, review requests after completed jobs, and monthly calls-caught reports. Each customer-facing program identifies the participating business as the sender and requires its own applicable consent and registration.
Website preview texts
If you ask one of our agents during a phone call to text you the link to the website preview we made for your business, the agent first reads you our SMS consent script (see how SMS opt-in works). If you say yes, we send one text with that link from a MikaelBuilds number, right after the call. We only text the number we called.
Message frequency may vary: usually one text per request; more only if you text us back. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or email hello@mikaelbuilds.com. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of purchase. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Consent comes first
Messages begin only after the relevant consent is recorded and the business’s number is approved by US carriers. Consent to one business’s messages is not consent to another business’s program. A missed call is not blanket consent to marketing. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Visiting a preview or using the email inquiry form does not enroll you in text messages; a preview link is texted only when you ask for it during a call.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your requests, conversations and completed jobs. Business owners can also receive a monthly report. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile provider’s standard rates apply.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After the confirmation, no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@mikaelbuilds.com. We respond within one business day.
Delivery and urgent matters
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier approval, network conditions and recipient settings. This service is not for emergencies; call the appropriate emergency service when needed.
